Both diplomats discussed the state of bilateral relations and deliberated on ways to strengthen collaboration between Nigeria and Bangladesh in the areas of agriculture & food processing, deep sea fishing, pharmaceuticals, trade, defence, ICT, and textiles among others.

Bangladesh High Commissioner to Nigeria Masudur Rahman has paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar on Thursday.

Both diplomats discussed the state of bilateral relations and deliberated on ways to strengthen collaboration between Nigeria and Bangladesh in the areas of agriculture & food processing, deep sea fishing, pharmaceuticals, trade, defence, ICT, and textiles among others.

Foreign Minister Ambassador Yousuf Maitama Tuggar at the outset of the meeting congratulated the Government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the election victory, providing her government to serve the nation once more, read a press release.
