President Bola Tinubu on Monday arrived Abuja after his two-day visit to Qatar.
The presidential jet, NAF 001, that conveyed the President landed at the Airport around 7pm.
Vice President Kashim Shettima led a group of government officials who received him.
Some of the prominent figures who were there are the President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike; the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje and the DSS Director General, Yusuf Bichi.
The president had left the shore of the country on 29 February, 2024 to Qatar.
President Tinubu signed several agreement with the Qatari leaders on education and sports during his trip to the country.
He also told the nation’s business people about the possibilities of investing in Nigeria and promised them that his government would make Nigeria the top place for investment.
The visit was aimed to strengthen ties between Nigeria and Qatar across various sectors, including engagements in a business and investment forum, that sought to explore cross-sectoral opportunities for mutually beneficial growth and development as well as signing of agreements focusing on enhancing Nigeria’s real sector and fostering value-additive investments.
